Kidrobot wants you to be stoked with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a collectible doesn't fit your space. We offer returns on most apparel and lifestyle items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unopened condition with all tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack with Care

Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit, as we cannot accept returns on items with damaged display boxes.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
